Obama and the Dem's, say they have the 60 votes to have their way again, and extend jobless benefits. more great news, down in Pointe a La Hache, here in cajun country Fishing families are turning to fast food. Instead of having the once never ending free buffet of high protein,low-fat shrimp,crabs,oysters and fish is off limits, due to the BP spill, the writer keeps referring to free food, it not free, for fishermen, it's their product and if you eat your own product, it cost you the same as if you buy it,  or more.because you have an expense of time and energy, and cost of fuel, bait nets or what ever it takes to harvest this free buffet.

We have people writing and influencing others with their sad tails but their facts or not right. this story is credited to the AP.(Associated press)

I guess they are trying to say something.but lets not talk about Free, it cost a lot to eat all that free food.!

Monday July 19th 2010, Seep found near BP oil well.

Imagine that, and the people at BP want to deduct any thing paid to the claimants, such as if you file a claim and it's for $5000.00 and they paid you $5000. for working on the spill clean up, we use BP math, and issue you a check for $0.00. how do you like me now.

The Government thinks we are stupid and must have told BP, that we are stupid.

How can business people believe this is fair and equatable, how they think they can get away with this, I say sue them now, before they get the government to pass an OBAMA law that limits the liability, or some criminal act as they have been doing for the pass 20 months.

They must think we are stupid.!!!!!!!

Imagine that.!!!!

What do you people running the government think. Do you think you are not accountable for your actions, with our way of life, and the lives and future of our children.

Wake up and smell the coffee, open you eyes and listen to the people, we want to be heard, if you don't listen we will elect someone who will.

We will pass some new laws that will punish you for you acts against the people, and against the USA. enemies from within. thats what you have become.

Where is the truth. speak the truth, the truth. it is what you swore to do. uphold the truth.

Sunday in Cajun Country. July 18, 2010.

Good day to all of you. We are busy today doing some remodeling, around the place trying to sort out our needs with the space available.

The head lines in the local paper read, Oil stops, but for how long.

It is a problem we have to face, and continue to do what is needed to provide our country with energy.

Let the workers work and let the business do business, work out the details of a perfect life later, or along the way.

You don't change horses in mid stream.

Another headline is that , Large group of Acadians arrived in Louisiana 225 years ago, well let me tell you it seems like yesterday.

The news is always better near the weekend.

Have you noticed that, the news isn't as harsh nearer the weekend, I suppose they want us to relax and be happy and spend more.

Our leaders, are a bit out of it, and their helpers are even more out of it. the headlines this morning are BP begins testing new cap over gulf oil leak. then my favorite is Heroin seized during patrol,"Illegal Mexican immigrant caught with 21 pounds of drug in truck. WOW, I can't believe they called him a Mexican, can they do that,? is that alright, to call someone what they are, or must we ask them what they want to be called and can they change their minds, after we call them what ever it is they want us to call them. or should we just call them what they are.

An illegal, well wouldn't you know it. and illegal mexican immigrant,I don't know what all that means, lets see. lets break out the webster's.Illegal,webster says, illegal,an alien who has entered the U.S. illegally,( unlawful) Immigrant, a person who immigrates.  Mexican,  of Mexico.

Well I guess that says it all. and oh yea, the Heroin. 21 pounds, of heroin, can you imagine it. poor guy just wanting to live the illegal, mexican, immigrant, drug smuggling, law breaking, totally dangerous to our American way of life.That's his intention.

 if you can wrap your head around that, well that's it for this AM.

Good Day to All.

Well another day here in Cajun Country, hot and sun shining, humidity a bit tough, but I love it.

As a great man once said, "if you believe it's not a great day try missing one"!!

We begin a photo session today and we will be getting our products on the line. I know that you cant wait for the Cajun in a box products, the soup is a special treat.

We will be bringing our cajun cooking to our readers, and looking at another avenue of distribution, hopefully coming to a neighbor hood near you!

The gulf coast is a threat to all our lively hoods, and we hope they cap this but the real deal will be the relief well.

I thought  of this, why doesn't BP, set this discovery aside, I mean dedicate this oil discovery to the fund of paying for the restoration of the gulf coast, and all the damages, to the people, jobs, animals, property loss, and all of that, this oil reserve may have a billion dollars of oil in it.

why bankrupt BP, and all the investors, let the well pay for it self.

It has a big payout in it.

But as all things, they will find a way to put a sham on the people and redistribute the cost to the people, and take all the profits for themselves's, Who ever they are.

Can you believe it. it's all the same just a different date. reading the headlines, BP pleased with progress on oil leak cap, the next thing is the deep water rigs moving to egypt, the cost of these rigs per day are, $225,000.00 with crews from Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, and other states.

Jobs going down the drain, and sure some crew members will travel with the rig, but it's not working at home.

Listening to the latest on the tube, we see all the photo's the government lets us see, we all hear that it's worst than they are letting on. the times have changed and they need to stop with the change , I believe like so many of Americans that the change they want isn't what we want.

The other news is local and says the same thing every day, spend spend, wheres' the Beef, (money)!!!

It all boils down to what you want me to do?

More on this later. it not like it will go away until some people are satisfied and have their way.

more change, BP is changing the gulf coast, it may not be change we want. but it will forever change our coast, gulf, lives, in ways that have not surfaced yet, like much of the oil, gushing from their well.

An incident like none before.

the things shaping up around the state of La, are going to lead us to make hard decisions we need to prepare for.

Home Sweet Home.

It's always good to get home, even when it has been just a few hours, I recently took a trip to Honduras, and as always, great trip, but after delays for a storm in the gulf, and the flight being delayed and an eye opening act of turbulence, the short drive from Houston, and the dead of night, greeting from my love. it's still always a great day to get home.!

We are starting a new phase of Big Mamou Enterprises, inc and we are planning to use our blog with it, so we are planning to do a daily blog, on BME, and the others as needed, and having story's and images and all the things we do.

as with any start up, as new projects demand time and energy we will be more prompt with our base.

Raining in Ole River !!

It's not coming down in buckets but it seems to be here for hours, which is good for all. The dust was changing the color of the leaves of the trees, The fishermen in this area must be doing ok, because many of them fish early morn and just before dusk, that means plenty of craw-fish and the price is right. Volume , volume, volume, the American way. but we must ask ourselves when is "enough" , "enough" . Oh lets not get on that old subject again.

Things are really looking up on the gulf coast, just some tar balls are washing up on most beaches, and the don't do much harm, Just don't sit on one!

The oil disaster on the coast will be more than most care to think about, the beginning is near, so buckle up and watch those prices of gulf seafood, and many other things go up.

We hope this weekend gives our news professional a chance to talk about something other, than the oil industry, the gulf coat, and the money laundry operations in America that buy cash business, and funnel billions back to their home land,  like maybe our local neighbor hood "pay and go" thank you very much.

TheTide May Turn !!!

The tide in Cajun Country may turn over the next few days and weeks if not months, it may never be the same, just as the after mat, of Katrine, Rita, Gustav, Ike, and chernobyl, have for ever changed how we feel about, what we do as a people. We fill our needs and wants, but at what cost. it all cost something, Just as what our govt, does, it does with a cost, when we are really ready to change something worth while, we will accept our cost. the big oil are just filling a need or want, what the people want and need, big farms, with grain, corn, all our farm want and needs, chicken farms for meat and eggs for the people, big cattle, big pork farms, can you image a slaughter house processing 10,000 pigs a day.for the people.bacon, sausage, cuts, roast, Big anything has a demanding cost. our cars, trucks, ships, it is all at the wants, and needs of people. it's not about the big this or that. who makes money, that doesn't have much to do with the wants and needs of the people.

We the People, want this and that.

We the people need to be held accountable, for our wants and needs. we decide who makes the money, by wanting or needing this or that.

Our government has to hear our wants needs and fears, regarding our lives and the lives of our children.

It's just not me, Cazan, that causes all this and that. it is all of us.

If you woke up today, and every one in Louisiana, said no eggs today, tomorrow the chicken farmers, the government, and the local news anchor would be asking, what's up.who is responsible, the chickens, the farmer, driving up cost, the feed, the things they put in the feed, the climate, the what, could be wrong with the egg market.

It's the people. we learned a Long time ago the people have the real power.

So to make a never ending story short.

We the people demand to be heard, We the people will take control of our wants.

We the people will take control over the needs of ourselves, and our children.

We the people, will have what is due us. accountability, responsibility, from ourselves, our neighbors, and friends, and country men.

We don't need to be lead, but to lead, to listen but to speak, to take but to give of ourselves, and those who serve us.

We the people, are watching , listening, learning, and will hold the people accountable, and responsible for what happens from this moment on.
